I'm very disgusted from VIDEOTRON Ltee and their tries to fraud the customers.
I have a contract with Videotron for internet. On the 2 of march my contract end,but my billing period is from 14 to 14 of the month.
I payed the internet till the 14 of february 2008 and to the end of my contract i have almost half month.In this case i have to receive bill with almost half of the full price.
On the 25 of january 2008 i receive invoice with the full amount of the price till the 13 of march 2008 that i have to pay.
I call them on the 1 of february to advice them that i won't renewal contract for the next subscription period and that i have to receive credite note and the real amount what i have to pay to the end of contract.Till the 14 of february 2008 i call them two more times for the same thing and today i receive invoice with two full amounts of the price till the 13 of april 2008 plus % interest for this half month to the end of contract that i not payed yet because i don't know how much exactly will be.
And now they make me to pay almost two months (till 13 of april) after the end of my contract . Or how they say " You have to pay this in advance and after that we will return your money". How convenient !How can this possible!!!This is the fraud,scum!Why i must pay for something that i`ll not use? If I don`t pay after the due date the amount shall bear interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. So I`m call immediately of their Customer Service twice(because for 15 min. talk with them i just listen one"You must pay","This is the way that Videotron work")asking them why and what is the reason i have to pay this amount.The answer is "NOBODY CAN DO ANYTHING", "YOU MUST PAY","THIS IS THE WAY THAT VIDEOTRON WORK".
OK, but this is not my way.I refuse to pay anithing else than that i used.

And what happen with the people who preauthorized Videotron to transfer payments from their accounts directly.
I think this "Videotron's way" must be stoped.
